There’s not a lot of sprawl when you live inner-city. But we love the challenge of working with small blocks in great spots. This South Yarra property was a cracking example. Long and narrow as a diving board with clients brave enough to take the plunge. Above their garage, a magical rooftop garden set up for a couple of deck chairs and sunny afternoons.
